1. General Information

1.1 These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the OneAppPlus marketplace in the United States, operated by ONEAPPPLUS INC. By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order on www.oneappplus.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.2 For the purposes of these terms, "OneAppPlus", "We", "Us", and "Our" refer to ONEAPPPLUS INC and its affiliates.

2. Definitions

2.1 Platform means the OneAppPlus website (www.oneappplus.com) and associated mobile applications.

2.2 Sellers / Vendors include verified artisans, weavers, NGOs, producer companies, and other entities listing products on the platform.

2.3 Buyers / Customers include individuals and entities purchasing products from Sellers via the platform.

2.4 GI Products means products bearing a valid Geographical Indication certification for their declared region of origin (e.g., Kancheepuram Silk, Banarasi Silk, Pochampally Ikat).

3. Eligibility & Access

3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your US state.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

4. Marketplace Model

4.1 OneAppPlus is a marketplace connecting independent, verified vendors — including GI-certified Indian handloom and handicraft sellers — with US customers. ONEAPPPLUS INC processes payment, provides US-side customer support, and coordinates import compliance for cross-border orders.

4.2 For India-origin cross-border orders, the platform's Exporter of Record (IEC holder) provides full customs and trade documentation with the shipment.

5. Pricing, Sales Tax & Import Duties

5.1 All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Sales tax is collected where required by applicable state and local law and is itemised at checkout. You are charged in USD via Stripe — never in a foreign currency.

5.2 For cross-border orders from overseas vendors, the platform provides full customs documentation (HS codes, country of origin, commercial invoice). US import duties, where payable, are either collected at checkout (DDP terms) or payable on delivery depending on the vendor's shipment terms.

6. GI Certification & Authenticity

6.1 Products marked "GI Certified" carry independently verifiable Geographical Indication provenance via hologram, barcode, and QR code printed on the product and invoice, tied to the declared region of origin.

6.2 If you believe a product has been misrepresented as GI Certified, please report it to grievance@oneappplus.com.

7. Payments

7.1 US orders are processed via Stripe, supporting credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other Stripe-supported payment methods.

7.2 OneAppPlus is not responsible for payment failures arising from your bank's policies, credit limits, or security blocks.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 You must not use the platform to submit fraudulent orders, post false reviews, scrape product data, or violate any applicable US federal or state law, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA).

8.2 You must not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any product listing content, GI certification marks, or brand assets without prior written permission.

9. Returns & Refunds

9.1 Your return and refund rights are governed in full by our Refund & Return Policy.

9.2 Pure silk textiles and GI-certified handloom products are non-returnable for change of mind. Cross-border orders are non-returnable for change of mind.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All platform content — including GI marks, product images, and brand assets — is the property of OneAppPlus or the respective rights-holders. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual (non-class) basis, except where prohibited by applicable law.

11.2 Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or your state attorney general's office.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 ONEAPPPLUS INC's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.

12.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You consent to personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

14. Amendments

14.1 We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
