1. General Information

1.1 This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act), and is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of the OneAppPlus marketplace platform — www.oneappplus.com.

1.2 The platform is owned and operated by ONEAPPPLUS PVT LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

1.3 Your use of the OneAppPlus services and tools is governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the OneAppPlus marketplace, including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of OneAppPlus, you shall be contracting with ONEAPPPLUS PVT LTD and these terms and conditions, including the policies, constitute your binding obligations with OneAppPlus.

1.4 For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, the terms "OneAppPlus", "We", "Us", and "Our" shall mean ONEAPPPLUS PVT LTD and its affiliates.

2. Definitions

2.1 Platform means the OneAppPlus website (www.oneappplus.com) and any associated mobile application, including all features, content, and services provided thereon.

2.2 Sellers / Vendors include KYC-verified artisans, weavers, NGOs, self-help groups, producer companies, and other entities selling their articles, goods, or products on the platform.

2.3 Buyers / Customers include individuals, entities, and corporates who are looking to purchase products listed by Sellers on the platform.

2.4 GI Products means products bearing a valid Geographical Indication tag under the Geographical Indications of Goods (Registration and Protection) Act, 1999, including handloom textiles, handicrafts, silk, and other items certified for their region of origin.

2.5 Users include both Sellers and Buyers of the platform as mentioned above, and any visitor browsing the platform.

3. Eligibility & Access

3.1 Access to the platform is available on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend access without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, the platform is unavailable at any time.

3.2 You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the platform under the lawful supervision of a parent or legal guardian, in order to create an account or place an order. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@oneappplus.com upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Marketplace Model

4.1 OneAppPlus is a marketplace that connects independent, KYC-verified vendors with buyers. Products are listed and sold by the vendor; ONEAPPPLUS PVT LTD facilitates the transaction, payment processing, logistics coordination, and customer support.

4.2 ONEAPPPLUS PVT LTD is the Exporter of Record (IEC holder) for all India-origin cross-border shipments dispatched from vendor warehouses in India to buyers abroad.

4.3 OneAppPlus does not warrant or represent that the Sellers are licensed under any applicable law for the time being in force. Buyers should perform their own due diligence where required.

5. GI Certification & Authenticity

5.1 Products marked "GI Certified" on the platform carry a valid Geographical Indication tag under the GI Act, 1999, verified against the product's declared region of origin (e.g., Kancheepuram Silk, Banarasi Silk, Pochampally Ikat, Chanderi).

5.2 Each GI-certified product listing and invoice carries authenticity marks — hologram, barcode, and QR code — which buyers may independently verify against the GI registry. If a product is marked GI Certified, that claim is independently verifiable, not merely marketing copy.

5.3 Misrepresentation of GI certification by a Seller is a legal offence; buyers may report any suspected misrepresentation to grievance@oneappplus.com.

6. Orders, Pricing & GST

6.1 All prices displayed to Indian customers are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (CGST + SGST for intra-state orders, IGST for inter-state orders). The GST breakdown is shown at checkout and on the tax invoice issued with each order.

6.2 A valid GST-compliant tax invoice is issued with every order in your name and email address registered on the platform. If you require a Business GST Invoice, please ensure your GSTIN is entered in My Account → Tax Settings before placing the order.

6.3 OneAppPlus reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order affected by a pricing error or incorrect listing, with a full refund processed within 3–5 business days.

7. Payments

7.1 Domestic India orders are processed via Razorpay, supporting UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, wallets, and EMI options.

7.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes. A COD handling charge of ₹50 per order applies. COD orders above ₹20,000 are not accepted.

7.3 OneAppPlus is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from payment gateway errors, declined transactions, or bank-imposed limits. If a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 You must not upload, display, or transmit any content that belongs to another person without their permission, or that is harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or illegal under any applicable law.

8.2 You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the platform, its security features, or the authenticity verification system for GI products.

8.3 You must not place fraudulent orders, submit false reviews, or misrepresent your identity or authority to purchase.

8.4 Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension of your account, and may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities under the IT Act, 2000.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on this platform — including GI certification marks, product images, vendor storefronts, brand assets, site design, and software — is the property of ONEAPPPLUS PVT LTD or of the respective Sellers or rights-holders.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

10. Returns & Refunds

10.1 Your return and refund rights are governed in full by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use by reference.

10.2 Pure silk textiles (Kancheepuram Silk, Banarasi Silk, Mysore Silk, Dharmavaram Silk, Patan Patola, and similar) and GI-certified handloom products are permanently non-returnable once dispatched, except in cases of damage, defect, or wrong item delivered.

10.3 Cross-border (export) orders are non-returnable for change of mind.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 ONEAPPPLUS PVT LTD acts as an intermediary marketplace and shall not be liable for the quality, accuracy, or legality of items listed by Sellers, except where OneAppPlus is the seller of record.

11.2 In no event shall ONEAPPPLUS PVT LTD be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any product purchased thereon, to the maximum extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian law.

11.3 Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12.2 Any dispute arising under or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, subject to any mandatory consumer protection forum rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Grievance Officer

13.1 As required under Rule 3(2) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, OneAppPlus has designated a Grievance Officer. Any complaint or concern regarding content or conduct on the platform must be directed to:

14. Amendments

14.1 We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform features, or business practice. The "Last Updated" date displayed on this page reflects the most current version.

14.2 Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
