1. General Information

1.1 These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the OneAppPlus marketplace in Australia, operated by ONEAPPPLUS PTY LTD. By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order on www.oneappplus.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.2 For the purpose of these terms, "OneAppPlus", "We", "Us", and "Our" refer to ONEAPPPLUS PTY LTD and its affiliates.

2. Definitions

2.1 Platform means the OneAppPlus website (www.oneappplus.com) and associated mobile applications.

2.2 Sellers / Vendors include verified artisans, weavers, NGOs, and producer companies listing products on the platform.

2.3 Buyers / Customers include individuals and entities purchasing products from Sellers via the platform.

2.4 GI Products means products bearing a valid Geographical Indication certification (e.g., Kancheepuram Silk, Banarasi Silk, Pochampally Ikat).

2.5 Australian Consumer Law (ACL) means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

3. Eligibility & Access

3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Australian law.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Marketplace Model

4.1 OneAppPlus is a marketplace connecting verified vendors — including GI-certified Indian handloom and handicraft sellers — with Australian customers. ONEAPPPLUS PTY LTD processes payment and provides customer support and import compliance for cross-border orders.

4.2 For India-origin cross-border orders, the platform's Exporter of Record provides full customs documentation with the shipment in line with Australian Border Force requirements.

5. Pricing, GST & Import Duties

5.1 All prices shown to Australian customers include 10% Australian GST in accordance with A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999. A tax invoice is issued with every order.

5.2 For cross-border goods valued under AUD 1,000, GST is collected at checkout under the Low Value Imported Goods (LVIG) regime. For higher-value shipments, any applicable customs duty is payable at the Australian border.

6. GI Certification & Authenticity

6.1 Products marked "GI Certified" carry independently verifiable Geographical Indication provenance — hologram, barcode, and QR code — tied to the declared region of origin.

6.2 If you believe a product has been misrepresented as GI Certified, please contact grievance@oneappplus.com.

7. Payments

7.1 Australian orders are processed via PayPal, supporting credit/debit cards, PayPal balance, and BPAY where offered. All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD).

7.2 OneAppPlus is not responsible for payment failures arising from PayPal account restrictions or bank policies.

8. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

8.1 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

8.2 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

8.3 To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of a non-excludable guarantee that is not a major failure is limited to resupply of the goods or payment of the cost of having the goods resupplied.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including conduct prohibited by the Australian Consumer Law, Privacy Act 1988, Spam Act 2003, or any other applicable Commonwealth or state legislation.

9.2 You must not submit fraudulent orders, post false reviews, or misrepresent your identity.

10. Returns & Refunds

10.1 Your return and refund rights are governed in full by our Refund & Return Policy and by the Australian Consumer Law.

10.2 Pure silk textiles and GI-certified handloom products are excluded from change-of-mind returns, but your ACL rights for major and minor failures always apply.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All platform content is the property of OneAppPlus or the respective rights-holders. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute not resolved by negotiation.

14. Amendments

14.1 We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
